If I could give 0 star, I WOULD, as I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience at this dental clinic. I booked an appointment for a routine cleaning. However, during my visit, multiple additional procedures were performed without clearly explaining them to me or asking for my proper consent beforehand. What’s even more frustrating is that after the appointment, I was told everything was “GOOD TO GO” and covered by my insurance. There was NO MENTION of any out-of-pocket costs. Then later, I received an invoice in the mail charging me for services that were never clearly discussed or approved. It feels VERY MISLEADING and UNPROFESSIONAL to assure patients that procedures are covered, only to later send unexpected bills with HIDDEN or UNEXPLAINED charges. Patients deserve TRANSPARENCY, especially when it comes to medical and financial decisions. I would STRONGLY advise future patients to ask for a detailed breakdown of costs in writing before agreeing to any procedures. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I CANNOT recommend this clinic!!!!

I couldn’t have been happier as a new patient at My Dental Company. The staff were excellent, the pricing very reasonable, and of course Dr. Olson was outstanding - a good, genuine healthcare professional interested in all aspects of healing. I’d highly recommend to anyone coming into the Springs to stop in and give them a chance to earn your business.

This is probably the worst dental company I’ve even been to. First off I haven’t been there since 2023 the front desk staff was terrible every single time. Every time I would go I would always be charged for cleanings which my insurance would pay for. This place said I needed 2 crowns done which they messed up both of them. One of the crowns they said “we made this one bigger than what your scans showed just in case you needed extra length” I had to go in several times to get the crown shaved down. Due to the extra length (that was not needed) I was having jaw problems and migraines. I finally went to my orthodontist (after I had just finished with my braces) and they said “why would they do this”… great question. The last visit was my last straw when they charged me for a cleaning again. Every time they asked me for a copay I paid in full. Fast forward to 2026 I received a letter from a collection company saying that I owe 360 dollars. I called the collection company asking why I am receiving a bill and they said “we can’t discuss it over the phone but we can send you a letter explaining it all but if you call the dental company they can give you that information”. I call “My Dental Company” to get this information and they tell me I need to speak with their billing person Stephanie. First off I remember Stephanie and she is terrible and like one other post said a “car salesman”. She returned my call 2 days later when I asked what I was being billed for she said it was from “several past appointments” I asked for examples and she said “there are a lot”. I asked for a explanation of the costs and she said “I can’t give that to you, you have to go through the collection company and you can’t contact us any more”. I finally received a bill from the collection company which had my whole family listed on this bill which isn’t my responsibility to pay for their bills. The bill then states at the bottom “total cost owed is 0 dollar balance” which makes no sense. They have also tried doing this to my dad as well and I can promise this place will not receive another penny from me. I beg you PLEASE DO NOT go here I can promise you they will screw you over anyway they can.

I am very anxious about the dentist in general and they always make sure I’m very comfortable. I had three cavities filled & was in & out within 1hr- no pain, didn’t even feel the needles & was continuously checked on to make sure I was okay. The only dentist we will go to!

I have been going to My Dental Company for many years, with the exception of a couple years when the logistics didn’t work for my schedule. This team is so pleasant and helpful and does all they can to make an unpleasant experience as good as they can. Dr. Olson is very understanding with patients and staff and makes people feel comfortable. When I needed to be seen for an issue, he is the only dentist I would schedule an appointment with because I knew he would take care of it properly. I am moving out of the Colorado, but will continue to book appointments when I am in town because I trust Dr. Olson and his team.

They did an incredible job, coming from a family member's recommendation they were attentive, knowledgeable, honest, and clearly had my goals and values in mind. There's a great vibe in their building, welcoming reception, and great work ethic. I'm convinced I made the right choice coming to My Dental Company.

My appointment was after work. I woke up with my anxiety at a high. I knew I was in the right place when I walked through the door. So comfy feeling. The staff is very professional and friendly!!! They made me feel calm. Dr really goes through everything with you. Gives you options which is amazing. If you're looking for a Dentist, MY DENTAL COMPANY is the place to go!!!

My first appointment in February was great, the staff was friendly and attentive and paid attention to detail and my second visit was so disappointing. I gave my new primary insurance when I checked in and they took a copy. I was brought back and the tech kept complaining about the system and had to keep leaving to grab things. I had one tech to polish and floss my teeth before the cleaning even started who said it was her first time at the office and drenched me with the water gun and left my mouth gritty from the polish. The tech that did the cleaning was kind of rough and disorganized and left multiple times to grab tools. The water gun issue was not fixed and half the water went into my mouth and the other half down my back. When I left my shirt was half wet. The doctor was nice and knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. When I left and went into another office to discuss another appointment for fillings I asked multiple times if the estimate included both of my insurances and was told that new system was supposed too include both but not a definite answer. I got a text after I left saying that no it didn't and got asked for my insurance which I already provided. Then I was told it would be added and a new estimate would be given. Fast forward two days to Monday and I call for the estimate to be told that no only 1 insurance is on file. Days later my second still hasn't been added and that it would be and id be called in 30 minutes. I called back 2 hours later after not hearing anything and it hadn't been done yet. Got a call a while later with my estimate. Figured everything was fine. Then I get a text that my appointment was moved to an obscure time when the office isn't open, so I waited until it was open to call and no one answered, so I called a few more times with no answer. Someone calls back and I am greeted with "I saw you called like 5 times and we are busy checking people in, what can I help you with?" I just wanted to find out why they move my appointment without my knowledge and called a few times while the office was open.Apparently phone calls cannot be handled at the same times patients are there. I have never seen a more disorganized office in my life. At this point I am cancelling my appointments and finding a new dentist. The lack of courtesy and professionalism is astounding and this was only my second time there so I am not hopeful for future visits.

I have nothing but positive feedback regarding my visits with Dr Olson and staff. I was guided through my procedures making sure it was comfortable and as painless as possible. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Olson is way above the charts. He takes time to explain your teeth situation using superior technology you can see. I forgot how wonderful my teeth feel after the phenomominal teeth cleaning process. Wish I found this practice years ago.
