I’ve seen a lot bad review of their front desk and I really don’t understand. I was really overwhelmed by the great responsive from the front desk - nurses and medical staff. Every question was answer with professionalism! Arisdalia and Zeila have been so helpful during the whole process. In July 2019 I had a BBL Lipo 360 and September 11 of 2019 I had a breast reduction and lift. Covid hit and couldn’t work out as much and got too comfortable eating and going on vacations because I look like a doll which has me back for a Lipo 360 with J plasma since I am now 52 years old and had some stretch skin in certain areas. If I ever have anything else to fix, I wouldn’t think about it twice and return to Dr. Scott Moradian. His healing hands, artwork, bedside manners, and patient contact is phenomenal. This doctor is an an artist, very knowledgeable, caring and puts patient safety and health first.Snack Doll

I wonder how much business they lose due to lack of communication after you pay deposit! They have already rescheduled my surgery twice due to my “LABWORK”. However my labwork was good for another surgery center! I can never get anyone on the phone and when they do finally answer they send a text that I can’t even understand. If you don’t speak Spanish don’t even waste your time! They’ll reply to my review apologizing like they do to everyone else but they are full of crap!!! I found a better surgeon with a better price with coordinators who can actually speak English ! Im so glad I didn’t end up going here.

All the women were nice and lovely and respectful , answered all my questions and concerns. Even though my Spanish isn’t as well , they still took the time to help and I appreciate the effort . Overall nice experience.

I took time off of work to go to Miami to see Dr. Fabian for a consultation. We agreed on a date in July and I put down a $1000.00 deposit. The entire process is disorganized and almost everyone speaks Spanish and they are pretty much dry with you like you’re just another number and not an actual person about to go through surgery. I got a call about 2 months later from the time I did my consultation to inform me that the Doctor decided to go on vacation the day of my scheduled surgery and were hoping to reschedule for a few days before even though the Doctor would not be there for what he said was the most important day which was the 7 day follow up. I declined and asked for a refund since my time is obviously not of importance. I had to cancel my already paid for Airbnb and massages and now they are giving me the run around to refund my deposit. One person says it’ll be refunded in 30days or less and another said it will be refunded in about 30-60days depending on how many refunds the refund department has to process and would not supply me with a direct number to call myself.

My cosmetic surgery has been above my expectations. I have no words to describe my experience. Dr Lagrasso and the entire staff treat me like a princess. Starting from Kensy , the nurses from the post operative department and my Celia from massage. The best team ever. I am very happy with the entire team.

Had surgery april 2024. I had a tummy tuck, bbl, lipo on back, lipo chin. October 2024 i was able to see where they made one hip more skinny than the other. I called them, made a claim, then got ignored from October 2024- December 2024. I finally presented myself in person at the clinic & made an appt with the doctor, I seen the doctor, seen the manager. Told them my concern. The doctor did not want to take accountability for his error , however the manager Paola gave me options depending on how her meeting is with the doctor. She apologized for being ignored for months. She told me she was going to get with the doctor & find a solution. I attempted contacting her via phone, WhatsApp & calling the clinic. I have left her multiple voicemails on her email. No one has yet contacted me , it is now April 2025. Ive been waiting since Dec 2024. That shows they are not going to do what is right in this case.

Awful organization, poor management and lack of communication skills I travelled from NC to Miami just to have a consultation with Dr. Jeffrey, they told me that Monday 2/24/2025 the Doctor will be performing surgeries so my appointment will be the following day at 9:00 A.M. Monday at 2:25 pm I received a text message from them to confirm my appointment, I replied immediately, Monday around 6 they send me another message saying that the Dr will not be available because Tuesday he has surgeries, I spoke with Kensy she told me that the other girl make a mistake, she don’t know why she even send me a confirmation message when apparently she knew that the Dr will no longer be there for consultations.. They want to know if I was interested in coming in Wednesday instead? Like they can play with your time just like that . I bought my ticket Sunday-Tuesday just for this appointment, paid hotel, rental car just for this awful clinic to cancel on me knowing that the doctor was not there that day!! They have the audacity to call me the next day like nothing happened the day before!!! AWFUL SERVICE AWFUL PEOPLE not wonder why they have 43 lawsuits and so many complaints about refunding your deposit money( this my finance find out after this awful experience)
