I recently had my new car in with My Auto for PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, and custom vinyl detailing. From start to finish, Marcell was fantastic to work with. He took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned, answered all the questions I had about the process and after installation care, offered helpful suggestions, and stayed responsive and accommodating; even when I had to reschedule multiple times due to delays in my car’s delivery. The results exceeded my expectations. The quality of work from the entire team was top-notch, no visible seems, all edges fully wrapped; very clear attention to detail and passion in this team. I am very happy with the work done by Justin and team. Prices are a bit higher than others around the city but you get what you pay for. My car was fully PPF’d and window tinted and the result speaks for itself. The guys and girls at My auto do an amazing job. I have had a lot of cars wrapped and polished. But nothing compares to the work these guys do. Prices are great work is unreal !! There attention to detail is amazing.

I got a track package PPF with them. The work and quality of the film they use is top notch. Most important for me was the quality of the install. They showed me around the shop and showed me finished cars so I can see they type and quality of install they do. They let me speak with the installer and she answered all my questions about how the PPF will be installed specifically on my car. I was there for at least an hour asking so many questions. I believe the installer is more important than the film itself and she did an amazing job with my car. You can't tell that there's PPF on the car until you try scratching it and it self heals. The sales rep and operations manager is very quick to respond. He will work with you so that you get exactly what you need and that you are satisfied with their work. I was pleasantly surprised with their work and will definitely work with them again in the future.

Incredible experience picking up an incredible vehicle! Justin and Brent were amazing throughout the entire process - they both listened to what I wanted, followed up with me to ensure everything was going smoothly, and even stayed open late on the day of pick up (of course it was a Friday) because they could tell how excited I was to get the vehicle. I can’t sing enough praises about the interaction - I’ll be buying more vehicles from Justin in the future!

I booked a service with Justin Pacione and he was so accommodating. I had to reschedule 3 times and he fit me in.
