We are so happy to have found my appliance guy. Courteous, reliable, experts in appliances reasonably priced, and just a pleasure to work with. Don’t try any other appliance company. This business is exceptional. We had the pleasure of having Nick work on our refrigerator, it is now performing top-notch and he was very thorough in checking it out. Can’t go wrong.

I originally contacted the appliance guy to have someone come repair a GE monogram microwave that was acting erratically. They came out, fixed the initial problem and replaced all the door switches at the same time. Saving me the hassle of needing a repeat visit in order to get that done later on. Amazing service and very knowledgeable. The second time they came out to fix a combination washer dryer unit that had a problem with the dryer. He knew exactly what the problem was the second he walked in and had it fixed within minutes. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I ever have another problem with an appliance I will have them out again without hesitation.

Both Kayla and Jeremiah were very professional. Kayla went above and beyond to get us the dishwasher part we needed when the warranty company failed to send it promptly. Jerimiah the repairman was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again for future repairs.

Excellent customer service! Friendly and personable and always willing to fix the problem no matter the time, energy or cost! Very, very friendly and helpful and they were there for me throughout the entire stressful process. I am out of towner and it was very helpful to know that someone had my back in another state for the problems/repairs for my property. So, my GE refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly & I reached out to GE for service. Wait was one week. Looked to YELP for faster service, luckily I found My Appliance Guy based on their reviews & I couldn’t be more pleased. Nick was able to add me to his full schedule. Sane day service is unheard of usually. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part next day. Charges were fair & service was beyond. I will be recommending My Appliance Guy to all my neighbors. Can’t say enough about the impeccable service. Local & family owned. Even better. Save yourself some time & call them …. You won’t be disappointed.

Very knowledgeable, super on time, fixed the problem quickly with my washer, it was I admit a hair pricey I looked up the part price and I am pretty sure it was made out to be more on the bill but it was quick and painless so it's fine.

I will absolutely be using My Appliance Guy again. They fix my washing machine and did a very solid install on my heavy over stove fan. The price was very fair. I have a tough work schedule, and Kayla was able to schedule me in much sooner than I expected. -> 🌝 happy customer
