🎨 What’s On in August at Murrayshall – Creative Experiences & Flavourful Evenings

This August, we’re offering a series of warm, engaging events at Murrayshall — each one designed to bring people together in beautiful surroundings, whether through creativity or cuisine.

Art on the Lawn – Sunday 10th August | 1–4pm | £60pp
Join renowned artist Pauline Smith for a peaceful afternoon of guided watercolour painting in our gardens — complete with fizz and fresh scones.

Brooch & Buttonhole Workshop – Thursday 21st August | 5:30–7:30pm | £28pp
Craft your own brooch or buttonhole using Scottish tweeds, feathers, and seasonal flowers with artisan Audrey Bell — the perfect warm-up to the Scone Horse Trials.

Sri Lankan Curry Night – Thursday 28th August | 4–9pm | £15pp
An informal favourite: Chef Sahan brings the heat with 3 authentic curries and 3 vibrant sides in a relaxed setting. Always a sell-out.
