Muro Italian

Nice small italian bistro in London Paddington. We were a group of 8 women just walking down the street, hungry. We entered this bistro because of invitation of its temperament owner. It was a great evening, we enjoyed our dinner and had a lot of fun. We had pasta, salad, pizza, chicken and free bruschetta as a starter. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service is professionell. Dont be afraid of low star reviews, these often come from another italian restaurant next door to Muro and are not honest. We tried Muro and was great. See you next time!

Not sure what was on my mind when I walk in to this shop. The owner was outside the shop, asking to give it a try. I did and regretted it immediately. Complimentary flat bread was the only consoling thing. The food was bad, tasteless. Had the chicken Milanese and linguine that was recommended by the server. I had to put a good amount of salt to even taste anything. Haven’t had such a bad dinner in a long time. Wasted calories on this meal.

service was fun but i found the pesto gnocchi too mid sorry :( there was barely any pesto flavour. drinks were nice tho

Looks tasty but has no taste. Service was lovely but we ordered two different pastas which had no taste and were sadly really tasteless. Burrata starter was small but fine. Focaccia was actually just half a pizza bread. It was fine. Tourist trap sadly

Great location with a lovely, cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pizza was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and a definite 10/10. Highly recommend stopping by!

Lovely place, looks very chic offering nice atmosphere and very friendly service. The food on the other hand was a bit bland the pasta lacked some flavour.

The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The interior had a simple and elegant design, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding. And, of course, the food was fantastic—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I’d highly recommend this spot for a great meal in a lovely setting! i’m sure ill be back often😍 thank you again to the beautiful staff

Muro is an absolute gem! The tapas were simply amazing—each dish bursting with flavor and perfectly crafted. The service was outstanding, with the staff attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy great food and excellent hospitality!

Odd experience. We booked a table here as had good reviews. Firstly they have a guy aggressively trying to get punters in from the street (think they’d actually get more service if they ditched this marketing strategy). We tried to order a gluten free pizza (on the menu) told they didn’t have. They didn’t have the 3 cheapest red wine bottles available, only the expensive ones. Quite bizarre customer service. We cut our losses and left before ordering any food.

Tried their all day breakfast and it was the best quality breakfast I have had compaired to all the other local places. Although food is generally the most important for me, the restaurant its self is nicely done and the staff were friendly and very welcoming. 10/10
