As someone visiting Japan and not fluent in Japanese, I truly appreciated how easy it was to communicate with her—her English is excellent, and she made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I had been wanting a keratin treatment for my frizzy hair for a long time and decided to finally do it during my trip to Tokyo. I have no regrets at all Megumi was very skilled, friendly, and easy to communicate with as someone as i don’t speak japanese. The process didn’t take too long, and both my friends and I are so impressed with the results. My hair feels so much smoother and looks amazing. Highly recommend!

My hair has been frizzy and unmanageable since arriving in Japan. They took such good care of me! It was easy to book and they were able to also assist me in English. I got the keratin treatment and head spa. Sooo worth it! I would recommend visiting here!

The hair dresser was lovely and she sent me photo directions to get to the salon. I came in with super damaged long hair and came out with hair looking silky and smooth. I did the keratin treatment with dry and wash for ¥16000. Customer service was awesome and I will definitely come back!!

I highly recommend Murano Labs to anyone looking for Keratin treatment while in this area. The service I received here was exceptional overall. The shampoo, head and neck massage was so relaxing and amazing already by itself. And the quality of the Keratin treatment was top notch - my damaged hair definitely needed some rescue. I can highly recommend this hair salon! Especially for people with blond hair or people who want to dye their hair blond. The couple working in this shop is so nice and welcoming and if you are still struggling with Japanese, both can speak English, because they lived in New York! Give it a try! You won't regret it!

Ever since moving to Tokyo a year and a half ago, I have been a loyal customer of Murano Laboratories! I originally met Jin-San and Natsumi-San (the owners) when I was a hair model for the salon. They dyed my hair from brunette to blonde and ever since, I have chosen to only get my hair styled at their salon because I can trust 100% that it will look amazing each time! In addition to their hair expertise, I feel very comfortable with them because they lived in New York (where I’m from) and speak English fluently. Hair is very important, especially for me as a model, so I need to be sure that it will look good every time. Murano Laboratories has never disappointed me and I will continue to get my hair done there as long as I live in Tokyo<3 P.S. A friendly and highly skilled stylist who is fluent in English and experience with various backgrounds of hair. I had a great experience at the salon, from the beginning with consultation, I was made to feel comfortable. Jin really understood what I was looking for with my wavy, thick hair. My cut was excellent and a great shape was achieved with layers. The highlights I had put in were pretty and natural looking. I would recommend this salon for highlights/colour expertise and a high standard of cutting. Thank you!

I was fortunate to discover Jin at Murano Laboratories during my 3 month stay in Tokyo. I’ve lived in the last 6 Olympic cities and had to find a stylist in each. Jin has been the best! He’s also a great guy! It was a great experience all around.
