I had an amazing experience with Megumi—she is the perfect combination of professional, highly skilled, and genuinely kind. I came in for a keratin treatment, and she did an absolutely flawless job. She was incredibly thorough, taking her time to make sure not a single strand was missed, and the result was smooth, healthy, frizz-free hair that looked and felt incredible.
What stood out even more was how welcoming and accommodating she was. As someone visiting Japan and not fluent in Japanese, I truly appreciated how easy it was to communicate with her—her English is excellent, and she made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
Megumi’s expertise and attention to detail really shine, but it’s her warmth and care that make the experience unforgettable. I’m so grateful to have found her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone—especially international visitors looking for top-tier hair care in Tokyo.

I had been wanting a keratin treatment for my frizzy hair for a long time and decided to finally do it during my trip to Tokyo. I have no regrets at all Megumi was very skilled, friendly, and easy to communicate with as someone as i don’t speak japanese. The process didn’t take too long, and both my friends and I are so impressed with the results. My hair feels so much smoother and looks amazing. Highly recommend!
