The terrible medical aircraft catastrophe that happened in Northeast Philadelphia on Friday, January 31, 2025, has left us at Munley Law extremely distressed. We want to sincerely thank all of the first responders who responded so bravely and quickly, including the Philadelphia Fire Department, police officers, medical staff, and all emergency teams. Their swift response surely avoided more fatalities and lessened more injuries.
The Philadelphia community's tenacity and solidarity in the wake of this tragedy have been incredibly motivating. In order to help those affected, neighbors have banded together to provide resources, comfort, and a place to stay. Volunteers and local groups have come together to offer support, showcasing the resilience and kindness that characterize our community.
We are still dedicated to helping the community and standing up for the rights of individuals impacted by this disaster while the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) complete their investigations to determine what caused it.
