I forgot to ask the gentleman‘s name today (maybe Mike) but he provided service in very professional and timely manner. I’m really happy with his service. Highly recommended.

Leon in truck #195 was incredibly helpful! I initially called for a tow to the dealership as my battery was dead, but he was able to boost the battery after others had attempted and failed. Leon also recommended a mechanic that was cheaper than the dealership. He also followed up with me through the day to confirm the mechanic was able to assist with the battery replacement! Leon outranked 5 stars, but ultimately I am confined to this value. Thank you again! :)

Very happy with the driver who went beyond expectations to get my car safely to the repair facility.

They came quickly and they were very nice. But it cost $105 to open door because keys were in there.

Fast and quick, Flat tire they came help me in less than 20 minutes,

Needed a tow to Costco because of a flat tire. The tow truck driver Mark was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He did the job smoothly and professionally. I wish it didn't cost $200 to tow an EV for 10 km, but that's a hidden cost of EV ownership.
