Munawar Residence Hotel In Muzaffarabad

We stayed at Munawar Residence on our road trip to Kashmir from Lahore and again on our way back to Lahore. Initially we chose this place based on the strong reviews and it truly lived up to them. A special mention for Saqib, the receptionist, who we actually connected with through Airbnb. From the very beginning until the end of our trip, he guided us with everything we needed. He is very hospitable, professional, and genuine, his care made a huge difference in our experience. We were not planning on staying here again on our return, but because of our first experience, we decided to come back and stay again. The views from the property are stunning. Made some drone footage of the surroundings which I will post here soon. Rooms are clean, well decorated, and comfortable. Hot water and heat was always available, which is very important during winters. They also have a lovely restaurant attached called Jirga, which offers excellent food and room service. The waiters are attentive and polite, and the restaurant has both outdoor seating and indoor seating with heaters, making it very comfortable in colder weather. Amar also gave us great tips for our Kashmir trip and recommended traditional Kashmiri food spots in the area, which we really appreciated. We will definitely recommend Munawar Residence to our friends and family, and to anyone reading this review who is planning to travel through Muzaffarabad or Kashmir. A wonderful experience overall and we would happily stay here again. The cost for the rooms is also very good for everything that you get.

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY AT IN MUZAFFARABAD! I had a really really great time staying Munawar Residence. The ambience, the rooms, food at Jirga, everything was picture perfect. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Muzaffarabad or traveling to neelum. The view frm this place is also breathtaking, the staff was really hospitable and accomoted all our demands. Be it value for money or the comfort it offers, everything is at the highest end. Highly recommend!!

Overall the place is so beautiful with the natural view from room window... the services provided were also nice.
