These guys need to leave the involved mechanic work to the professionals.
Had this shop install a clutch kit and flywheel in a 2005 Nissan Xterra. When I got the vehicle back, the engine ran poorly.
After hours and hours of troubleshooting and throwing parts at the car, I figured out that the shop installed the flywheel incorrectly. (The index mark on flywheel was not aligned correctly with the dowel pin on the crank, causing the crank position sensor to get an improper signal.)
The mechanic bragged that he had 25 yrs experience but when I called to discuss the issue, he said he had never seen a flywheel that had to be oriented properly.. what a clown.
The shop refused to fix the issue even though they admitted that they installed the part incorrectly.
I also found multiple loose bolts and wallered out bolt heads.
Poor quality work and poor customer service.
