Soubhi from MSG Air-Conditioning is amazing, we agreed a price and he quickly and without fuss, contacted the tenant and took care of servicing two air-conditioning units. His service mindset was excellent and communication smooth - and more importantly the job was handled efficiently and completed to a high standard (he was in and out!). He even showed the tenants how to clean the filters, which will save me a headache in the future 🙂 I would highly, highly recommend Soubhi. Don’t waste your time with others that might overcharge you - go straight to Soubhi (MSG Airconditioning). He was not only cost-reasonable but he delivered a great service! I’ll certainly be using him again.

Soubhi was extremely easy to work with. Was transparent with everything from the conversation over the phone to the install on the day. Always looking to help, extremely polite when coming inside to install everything. Not only that, the install was done extremely neat, everything done properly and kept things very tidy. Soubhi & Ali ....above & beyond service .. upfront pricing ... Serviced our split system I thought it may need Gas but no they showed me the test the pressure gauge explained what level it should be and that ours was perfect ... gave the unit a deep clean and hey presto it like living in Antarctica... Honest hard working tradies!!!! Give these guys a go ... also very respectful and friendly.
