Jake from Mr splash was very helpful. Gave me a quick quote in 15 minutes and even did a follow up call a few days later. I didnt proceed with the job as I had found an alternate solution, but he was very nice and didn't even charge a call out fee. Definitely recommend.

Professional and friendly staff. Had an issue with the drainage in the alfresco kitchen sink. Was it more expensive than what I had expected for an issue that was resolved by a plunger? It most definitely was but their transparency with prices and the offer to throw in a lifetime membership was a smart business move to turn my reluctance into a yes and create a more positive customer experience. Will definitely take them up on their offer of a free annual check up!
