Used Mr Shark Appliance for my repairs they were on time and thorough explanation of each appliance and the repair needed. They came back as soon as parts were in and the repair for all were completed quickly. Highly recommend them

Aleksey showed up exactly when he said he would and worked diligently and quickly on replacing our washing machine transmission. The washer is like-new and we are very happy with the results.

A service rep (who'd been here in 2021 to successfully repair our already "ancient" 48" x 84" GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer declared it DOA this visit. It's not manufactured anymore. However, it's covered in custom paneling that blends into our kitchen walls. To replace it with a same-size fridge, would cost at least $9,999+ but the worse thing is that any other make would negatively affect the kitchen's appearance. My husband contacted Alec, owner of Mr Shark. He showed up on time, with a focus and manner that had us believing that he--alone--just might save the day (Think Mighty Mouse ;) He worked diligently several hours, thoroughly taking apart the motor, replacing one small part with one from his logo-ed truck. Voila! It seems to be working! For beauty alone, we are thrilled not to have to change the unique look of our kitchen--at least, maybe--for at least a few years to come. It definitely was worth it, to take a gamble.

Mr Shark responded to my washer emergency very quickly. A technician was out to review and identify the issue within a few hours. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and promised to be back in a couple of days. To my surprise, the part was ordered and technician was back out the next day to fix the problem and I was able to complete my laundry. Great, timely service.
