Mr. Septic

We needed an entire septic system. We got 4 competing quotes. Mr Septic was the most affordable option for us. Lindsey in the office was amazing and Cody and Steve did an excellent job. Their professionalism and the pride they took in their work was second to none. When they left the yard was landscaped to the point I just spread out grass seed. Mind you 3rd week in October and I have a beautiful start on the new lawn in November. They even threw in some landscaping for us because of my bad back. We are customers for life.

Mr septic has been awesome at providing well maintained porta potties for the LOYAL summer soccer program for at least the past three years. I was able to reach out on a Monday and able to have the delivery within the very next day!

Cody is amazing! We moved into a new house with no previous experience with a septic system, and due to the housing market the system was not inspected. Cody educated me on how the system works, and where everything was for my system. The tank, the box, and the leach field. He took his time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions all while digging the dirt off the top of the tank and working hard. I didn't realize it was so deep! Glad I paid the (very low) fee for him to do all the digging. Luckily the system was good, but hadn't been pumped in a long time according to Cody. He cleaned it out and got the top back on and was on his way. If I hadn't asked so many questions and if Cody didn't take his time to explain everything to me, he probably would have been done the whole thing in about 45 minutes. He didn't try to sell me any unneeded products or services. It was such a refreshing experience to work with a company that was honest and helpful. I would highly recommend calling Cody at Mr Septic for any septic or plumbing needs! I hope they are in business for a long time, I don't want to use any other company for my septic cleanouts. I had an amazing experience with Mr. Septic. I truly felt like he wanted to diagnose the problem but also wasn’t trying to get as much money out of me as possible. Luckily, with his investigative work, he found a valve in the basement that wasn’t closed, mixing the ground water and the water we use together. Closing the valve solved the problem. He could have simply come and pumped out the tank and left, leaving the same issue undiagnosed but he didn’t. This company is truly a company that cares about their good name and not only about making money. Thank you again!!
