I cannot say ENOUGH amazing things about Bryan and Griffin with Mr. Sandless! They are truly the dream team—incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and just genuinely great people to have in your home. My hardwood floors were worn, abused, and covered in awful chair marks that I was convinced were beyond saving… and somehow they made them look brand new again. I’m still shocked every time I look at them! What completely blew my mind was that they were able to fix problem spots at a fraction of the cost of sanding. I honestly thought sanding was my only option, but this was faster, cheaper, and the results and service are absolutely unbelievable. If you want your floors restored without spending a fortune, THIS is your ticket—look no further. And a huge shoutout to Traci in the office—she is AMAZING. So helpful, responsive, and wonderful to work with from start to finish. I am 100% convinced, completely impressed, and will be recommending Mr. Sandless to every single friend I know with hardwood floors. Best decision I’ve made for my home in a long time — hands down!

They sanded, stained, and sealed the floors in just three days and the results were remarkable. Bryan worked closely with is to ensure we got the perfect stain color and even helped with picking out the LVP that we plan to install in the remainder of the home. Our floors had been stained or varnished with something sticky and we could not walk barefoot on them or get them clean. I did not want to spend a fortune on sanding and total refinish so Mr. Sandless removed the old substance and re-stained the floors to match the others on the same floor!!! They did a most excellent job!!

Is it possible to give them more than 5 stars? Because they deserve it! From start to finish this has been a smooth, wonderful and excellent process. The team is beyond friendly, they keep you updated very step of the way and the results are second to none! They refinished my entire downstairs or original 1952 hardwoods that had been buried under linoleum for decades. I was quoted 5 days, it took them less than 3! The floors are stunning and they managed to get up every ounce of glue and tar the linoleum left behind. Do not bother with anyone else, choose them!!!!
