Our serviceman Travis was phenomenal! He kept us well informed of the anticipated arrival, the overall process, and potential problems to future anticipate. He was efficacious at his job, working diligently and never complained! We live rurally, weather beneath freezing, and multitudes of snow, and still the response and price was outstanding! In less than 24 hours we were serviced and ALL problems were resolved at less than 25% of what we were charged by the relative competition for the same problem. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter for price ,timing, and quality service. If you're fortunate enough to get Travis, even better, as he is an asset to this team! We have our new forever plumbing company! Many thanks with gratitude for a job well done quickly and fiscally friendly!

Their technician forgot to attach a drain hose to a rust remover unit that was installed in my basement which ultimately led to flooding and damaging the floors, walls, and trim. After five months, my basement is still not repaired and my calls and texts are getting ignored. Very frustrating!!!

WHAT A JOKE Called them to clear a drain clog at 4pm. They said they would be here between 9 and 11pm same day. They call at 830 pm saying their tech had car problems. No problem. Schedule for next morning between 8-10 am. Tech shows up and attempts to clear drain line with no success. He was here 7 minutes so didn’t try very hard. Then told us they need to bring someone else within the same company with a camera in. Schedule for same day between 12-2 pm. They show up at 4 pm and run the camera and finds the clog then wants to tell me to fix it properly they need to dig the road up at a cost of 9k. All Mr Rooter is doing is pushing sales instead of fixing the issue. Would not recommend.

We had our drain clog usually due to tree roots. They said sewer line had collapsed had to replace cost 6750.00.Did that work then said next section was collapsed cost 11000. So after paying them 17750.00 total they replaced that by digging up concrete driveway and piling concrete, dirt and sand in my front yard. They finished filling in driveway on Jan.10th said they would return following week to remove debris from front yard and fill in driveway as it settles. So numerous phone calls and 12 weeks later they have not completed what they claimed they would do. Don't call this company!!!! So they came and took concrete from yard and some of the sand. They just fixed the cleanout which looks good now and is level. So far so good. We removed alot of the sand that was left with shovels and wheelbarrow so rain will run away from house cause the yard is now higher on the side where they piled everything. Hoping I can get grass to grow in the front yard now where sand and concrete was piled for 2 months, it does grow weeds. Ordered some tall fescue to plant it supposed to be good in sandy soil. Sewer work seemed to be great tho. They started the sewer work very quickly and finished the sewer work in awesome time, but the entire service that I received from them left alot to be desired. Employees are very nice but I don't have a high opinion of the people in charge. Will I use them for the next section?? NO.. Too much hassle and stress. It took 3 months for you to clean up a job you did in 10 days. So here's my update as of Sept 2025. Just paid another company 1700.00 to fix the cleanout you installed. Who puts 2 elbows in a cleanout pipe??? That was your solution to the cleanout pipe being crooked?? Didn't tell us how you fixed it and I understand why now. You have a horrible business ethic!! Time to talk to an attorney..

Total scam. Trying to get more money with zero communication and zero urgency. Left me with no toilet for 3 days because after I told them we already used a 25 ft snake down our toilet they sent a tech out with only a 35 ft snake. At that point we had already told them we knew it was in the main sewer drain. The tech didnt even have the tools or materials to put our toilet back on if we wanted to. Was told by the tech the supervisor had to bring a camera out to inspect since he hit something hard he couldn't get around(this is the best part wait until the end). That the supervisor would be out sometime the same day and id get a call within a hour. No call within a hour so I called. No supervisor available until the next morning 8-10. Then get a text at 8pm saying my appointment was from 9-11. Okay whatever at this point. Already paid 100 bucks for the same thing we did ourselves. I called A&B hunter they explained to me they should have gone through our clean out. (Had them come out and they are AMAZING JOB DONE IN LESS THAN AN HOUR) Ok fun part The guy took a chip out of my backflow blocker in my clean out. That what he couldn't get past. WOW Please call someone else if you want it done right and not just to make a buck.

The young man that came to my home was one of the most polite respectful young men I have come across in a long time. He was courteous up front about service. Respected my home. He was on time and very diligent in his work. Thank you Daquavian Irby. I recommend this guy any day of the week.

Great service all around. Scott came out and was a great help. He was very communicative and quick to respond. The whole Mr Rooter experience has been great. They were able to come out next day and fix my issue.

I felt comfortable w Travis. He was very professional but sweet, kind and personable like your favorite neighbor had come over to help you get your kitchen sink draining again. He asked me questions to assess the situation to be effective but efficient also. He protected the surfaces from potential water damage or a potential mess. πŸ˜… I would definitely request Travis again.πŸ‘πŸ» Thx Travis πŸ™Œ I used a coupon on line . Mr Rooter gave me appt, kept me updated and fixed my issue all same day, even close to the holiday. It was a huge weight off my mind. Whew ! 😁😁 πŸ¦ƒπŸ¦ƒ

I would advise anyone to stay away from Mr. Rooter. The first time I had them come out they charged me $12k to repair the collapsed sewer line in my yard. later that year a had another collapse. I thought they had repaired more then they did on the first repair. I was charged another $5k for them to come out and replace the rest of the line. The salesman told me that I would have no more clay tile in my yard after that point. Part of the old tile ran under my from steps. He said they would try to save them when they moved them but they may get broken. I said I didn't care, I just wanted the clay tile gone. When the guys came to do the second repair their boss was throwing a fit about have to move the steps. The guys told me that they dug under the steps and were able to replace it. They never did camera the line after either install like the contract says they should. That was back in December. Last month my line backed up again. I ran my own camera down the line and found out they never did replace the line under the steps. There was also another section in y yard that was still clay tile as well. I called them out on it and they said their contract only said to replace 3'. They called the salesman and he lied and told them he never said any of that. It was his idea to move the steps in the first place. I ended up having to pay another $3k to have them put a liner under my steps. All this company did was lie to me for a year and a half. If you are going to use them then I highly recommend thoroughly reading your contract over, but you can't trust a damn thing that comes out of their mouths. Also, when they did the final repair the had to dig up half my yard again to fix the first repair because they didn't put enough rock base under the line and it sank.

Absolutely amazing company, both techs we had Timothy and Shane went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Prompt service for a late night emergency, I can not recommend Mr. Rooter enough. Timothy and Shane deserve a raise for how professional, friendly, and amazing they are.
