Sebastian and Gavin were able to get out to help us the next business day first thing after contacting Mr. Rooter of Frisco about a water leak issue late on a Sunday. They were also able to fix my pot filler faucet without replacing the entire thing. I highly recommend contacting them, if you should ever need plumbing help.

I called asking for advice on a leak issue I am having and this company helped me out no questions asked. I am not a paying customer mind you and they still went above and beyond to ensure they got me the information I needed. Amazing experience! When our toilet started gurgling I scheduled an appt. late at night for a couple days out and was texted right back with a sooner day. I was updated throughout on who my technician was and where they were along the way. Sebastian and his brother got to work and immediately found the issue...blocked main drain pipe...not a fun task at all. After getting down to about 3' he arranged a professional dig to come out and handle the remaining 4'. Yes, the break was 7' down. Sebastian contacted me throughout to let me know what was happening. They came back out after the dig and replaced all the damaged pipes and fitting. They were so great to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable, and just plain fun to talk to. The site was cleaned up and all the old fittings removed. Dig company came the next morning and filled back in the hole seamlessly. Mr. Rooter of Frisco and Sebastian made a dreadful job painless. Will definitely be my first call in the future. Thanks guys!!!

Highly recommend! I reached out needing help in replacing our whole house water filtration system tank. Upon Nathan and his son arriving they quickly identified the tank that Aquasana sent me was faulty. Nathan took it upon himself to call their company on my behalf to prove it was faulty and to get a new one sent out, which he did. As soon as I received the new tank I gave them a call and he was out within a couple hours to fix everything. I will be using them again!

First thing Sebastian did was to introduce himself and to shake my hand. Afterwards, he took his time to explain what was wrong with our water heater. Installed a brand new one under an hour and is working great. Also came with a 1 year warranty on the work that they did. Highly recommend.
