Jullian Garcia came to my home after an email and text before his arrival, he informed me upfront what needed to be done and he got to work. He was very professional and did a great job repairing a shark bite fitting that was bad under my home and replacing a leaky gas shut off valve. 10/10 would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

Absolutely amazing experience, best plumber I've ever hired! Julian came to our house the day after July 4th and found our problem in less than 10 minutes when the last 3 plumbers we hired couldn't figure it out. He had a camera down the pipes before and after to make sure everything was clear and working properly. Less than 40 minutes after he arrived everything worked perfectly and the service was even cheaper than I had hoped for. Please if you need help with your pipes call these guys!

Called them in an emergency. Showed up quickly and repaired it in no time. Very professional and courteous.

Just bought a home and when the gas company turned the water heater on, needless to say, it was not safe to use. Mind you this was a Friday morning and I feared my family would have to go the weekend without hot water. Called Mr Rooter as they had done a fantastic job for my dad. Told them the situation and within a half hour I was getting a quote and a new water heater installed. The team worked the whole day getting my home set up with a new water heater. They also brought my gas shut off valve on the stove up to code. I then requested an up to code shut off gas valve to the house. Fixed before they left. Never have I ever felt like I was VIP by a company and yet here this team was working hard to make sure me and my family had hot water and proper safety gas valves on a Friday. Oh, and the quote is what I paid. No hidden fees, no overtime despite them not being done with all of the work I requested until after 5. Never will I use any other plumbing company. If you have a plumbing or gas need, call these guys. They treat you like a part of their family and go above all expectations!!

Called Mr. Rooter after using a separate local plumber out of Ingleside who wanted to charge double for the same job that wasn't repaired the first time. Julian arrived on time, immediately got to work, found source and repaired. Zero complaints, he did our repair thoroughly and professionally. Will only call out Mr. Rooter for any future needs. Highly recommend.
