Shane was absolutely incredible! He came out the same day we called, which was such a relief, and he immediately got to work assessing our issue. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely the nicest and coolest guy to work with. He took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense, walked us through our options, and gave us honest, helpful advice without any pressure. The whole experience was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and personable, but Shane nailed it!!

I like to give a big thanks and shout out to Taylor and Payton the ladies in the office at Mr Rooter they stayed in contact with us over the phone multiple times during the day and they even called after the job was done to make sure that we were satisfied I get big thanks to them for helping us do this stressful time also jackson and Blake did a awesome job filling in the dirt and putting my wall back up they deserve a praise too and so does Chelsea and Taylor and Payton

I cancelled our services with this company due to complete unprofessionalism and the lies they spun. The first call the tech was about 2 hours late. They did not call us to inform of the delay. We've had to call every time for a status update. The tech couldn't find a clog so said we needed a camera service. The day after Shane came out, he was scheduled from 1pm to 3pm and didn't arrive until after 7pm. Again no contact from them to tell us of the delays. Shane was very personable but the company he works for is not. He said he couldn't find a clog but his camera was hitting something hard between 5 to 10 feet down. That it may be a collapsed pipe. He quoted us 4500.00 and guaranteed that with their excavation crew they wouldn't be late. Well here we are and the we're scheduled for 8am and at 11am they are still not here. We did some research and found out other customers have had very bad experiences with this company, many scary reviews. So I called and said we're cancelling the work. We called the loan company and stopped the payment. They make you pay half upfront and then didn't show up for hours. I'm disabled and my animals have been locked in a room for hours waiting on them to show up. This is very hard on me. Well I spoke with Kelly and she kept over talking me and my Mom. We explained why we were cancelling and asked for the email address to send the cancellation in writing. She kept over talking us and said they can cancel for us but want to know why we're cancelling. We had already told her several times why. She didn't care about anything but trying to bully us into working with them. They will push you into getting financing without even assuring you that the know for certain what the issue is. I told her that she could stop the spiel and provide me the email I was asking for and she called me rude!!! Really! She also said that the bad reviews should be taken with a grain of salt 🧂 wow 😲. No ma'am those are real people that you've screwed over, so I will not take them with a grain of salt. So glad we cancelled with this company. I hope this helps save someone else in the future just like the bad reviews helped reassure me I was making the right decision by cancelling. After how they treated us over the phone I know I made the right decision. This is thousand of dollars and we recently bought this house. I can't have a company with terrible business practices tearing apart my living room floor and my plumbing. They don't even show up on time and communicate when they won't. They just want the sale, once they've gotten that first half and are working, you are at their mercy. People often prey on the elderly and disabled, well not this time. 🙏 The photo is of another review from a guy that went through nearly exactly the same scenario as we are.

Original service guy they sent out couldn’t find out what was wrong so they sent another guy with a camera, he was supposed to be there 12-2pm and showed up at 4:30pm. They called for payment before the 2nd guy even showed up. Then was quoted $2,000 to re-level 5’ of drain line. Not replace.. re-level. I ended up doing the repair myself and cost me $0 in material and 2 hours of time for someone who has zero plumbing experience. I get having margins and making a profit but for 2 hours worth of work and $0 in materials to quote $2k was un-reasonable.

Travis was great. He came out at 9P to unclog our drain. He tried multiple methods and made sure we were satisfied. Even offered to help clean under the sink. Nice guy and great pricing. Thanks again.

They scammed my landlord out of $14,000. He is foreign and hardly understands English. I found out they didn’t even have a permit to work on our property. They have caused so much emotional distress to my landlord and I. I almost had to move out because they’ve been “working” on the plumbing for a month. Do NOT hire them!!! Even the city said they wish they’d get shut down. They left the bathroom a HUGE mess and we found out they didn’t even HAVE to dig up the bathroom in the first place. Trash people!

To start off, I was going to leave a 1 star review, But Shane B saved the day!! first guy came out didn’t do his job completely. Didn’t snake upstairs like he was supposed to. Only focused on the pipe in the basement. Then had to call out a camera tech to find out problem in basement. Shane B came out next day with camera and found problem. Pipe was clear, small amount of tree root and crack in pipe. But water should still drain to septic until get repaired. Next day finally tried bathroom shower and still backed up. Come to find out first guy never cleared issue in bathroom drains. After calling on call lady and explaining issue, she started off acting like she wanted to help. After telling me someone would be back next day at 9, 10, 11, then 12 with no tech in sight, she stopped talking to me, at this point I was furious at 4:30 at night and called 800 number to get help. Then they gave me back to Shane. He went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of. He showed up 10 minutes later and fixed everything the first guy didn’t and made this situation so much better. After being down 3-4 days, horrible customer service from on call lady, and other plumbers not showing up or not completing the job they were supposed to do. Shane is a huge asset to your company!!

We just had Shane B. come by our house to do an estimate on drain work from our washer. He was fantastic. He was personable and put us at ease about our situation. Looking forward to working with him again.

Jason was a very nice an amazing guy. He was not leaving until we had problem solved. We will definitely call Mr Rooter again asking for Jason if any problems acure in future. Thank you Jason.

I have never had such a great experience with any service. They were so helpful all the way thru the job. Micheal V. was so nice and helpful. I will highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much all of you at Mr. Rooter
