Shane was absolutely incredible! He came out the same day we called, which was such a relief, and he immediately got to work assessing our issue. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely the nicest and coolest guy to work with. He took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense, walked us through our options, and gave us honest, helpful advice without any pressure.
The whole experience was quick, efficient, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and personable, but Shane nailed it!!

I like to give a big thanks and shout out to Taylor and Payton the ladies in the office at Mr Rooter they stayed in contact with us over the phone multiple times during the day and they even called after the job was done to make sure that we were satisfied I get big thanks to them for helping us do this stressful time also jackson and Blake did a awesome job filling in the dirt and putting my wall back up they deserve a praise too and so does Chelsea and Taylor and Payton
