Requested a labor-only alternator replacement (part already provided). Called in and was told I would receive a call back within 5 minutes, but did not receive a response until approximately 2.5 hours later. At that time, I was quoted $300 for labor only, which does not align with standard book time for this vehicle. Phone professionalism and communication were lacking despite urgency being clearly stated. I was also offered a discount contingent on cash payment and leaving a 5-star Google review, which felt unprofessional. Ultimately declined service due to pricing, delayed communication, and overall lack of professionalism. Posting so others can make an informed decision.

Amazing work! Called for an emergency repair for a coil and spark plugs and not only was he fast but very efficient as well! Very reasonably priced and overall a 10/10 experience! He even was willing to explain the parts I needed and helped me choose the best product to get for my car. Definitely will be using this service again!

He came to my daughter‘s house, connected a driver side mirror and connected the heating elements. I paid him online and my daughter made a mistake and paid him a second time later that afternoon after the job was done. Mr. quickie realized that discrepancy and gave the overpayment back.
