Service was extremely fast! In the freezing cold, he came and replaced my battery and got my car up and running so I didn’t skip a beat in my day. Extremely thankful for the professional support and getting me on my way.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserved one. I was stuck in my driveway in Omaha with a car that wouldn’t start and no way to get it to a shop. I found Mr Mobile Mechanic online, called them, and within an hour a tech showed up at my house ready to work. He diagnosed the problem right on the spot, explained everything clearly, and even showed me the bad part before replacing it. No upselling, no weird fees — just honest, professional service. The thing that really impressed me was the speed and transparency. He had all the tools right there in his truck, fixed my issue in less than an hour, and double-checked everything before leaving. The price was totally fair, especially compared to towing it to a regular shop. You can tell this crew knows what they’re doing and actually cares about getting people back on the road safely. Since then, I’ve recommended Mr Mobile Mechanic to a few friends and they all said the same thing — reliable, fast, and fair-priced. If you ever break down in Omaha or nearby, don’t even bother with a shop — just call Mr Mobile Mechanic. They really do come to you, and they make it feel like you’ve got your own personal mechanic on call. 100% would use them again!

Someone hit my parked car and knocked my driver side mirror off. Got a quote from a body shop and my husband and I decided to fix it ourselves. We were able to remove the old mirror, but were having difficulty with the wiring for the new mirror. The new one didn't come with wiring and the old one had the wiring integrated, so we didn't think we could reuse it. I messaged Mr. Mobile Mechanic and explained the situation. They asked for pictures and after looking at them, the tech replied "the wires should be good. You don't need wires." He said he'd be out the same day and arrived a couple of hours later. All good so far!! He was here for 18 minutes. He seemed flustered and hurried when he got here, but looked at the old mirror, determined we did in fact need new wires and said he would find the part information and get back to me with it by the end of the day. He never called or messaged me back. My mirror won't move or have blindspot detection without that wiring. So, no follow-up as promised and he charged me the full $225 for 18 minutes on site. For the time he was here and what he did while he was here, half of that price would have been fair. Those two things made for a disappointing experience and I feel ripped off.

No stars i thought these guys be good .had my wheel bearings and brakes done they didn't tighten the caliper brake bolts!!! My family almost got in a wreck had call tow truck with last bit money I had had cops involved sure safety for me and my daughter and her baby out in 19 degree weather. I told them what wrong they didn't care .money hungry perks and now phone. Number not in-service scam

Great team! We were not sure what was wrong but the car had zero power and it was not the battery. These guys showed up, completed the diagnostic and it still wasn’t clear what was going on. They took the time to really dig into the issue (in the rain I might add!). They easily could have bandaid the issue but they took the time to find the underlining issue. Fixed quickly from there. Professional, affordable and easy going!

Andrew responded very quickly to my request. He was super helpful, replaced my car’s battery, and got everything settled. Very reasonably priced too!

I live out of state and they did a pre-purchased vehicle inspection for me. MR Mobile Mechanic was very thorough. They included multiple photos of vehicle, including underside carriage, test drove, pointed out any imperfections, tire tread, and addressed any concerns I had. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

These guys were awesome, same day service, quick, done with repairs in under an hour, and we're super easy to work with. Fair price, came straight to the house, and did a great job. Koty and Chance were awesome, and my truck is running great!

Excellent customer service and fast. I called, and within 30 minutes, they arrived and confirmed that I needed a new battery. They replaced it with a new one and made sure everything was running smoothly.

I called late at 7:30pm and they were willing to send out a mechanic and fix my car’s starter. I opted out of that since I had a ride home. So they were there the next morning and got it fixed for me right away. I appreciate their quick service and response time.
