Mel is the real deal! From start to finish, our experience with Mr. Mel Specialized Cleaning and Pigeon Control was nothing short of exceptional. Pigeons were roosting on the front part of my roof and destroying the shingles, poop was accumulating underneath, destroying my plants and making a mess down the side of the house and on the ground. There were roof spikes but they were not effective (nest was built right over). Mr Mel came out right away, completed an assessment and gave me a couple options for a very reasonable price. He completed the work within a few days, installed a net across the overhang where the nest had been, and installed a few spikes strategically, so the pigeons wouldn't be able to return to poop in the same spot. He also beautifully cleaned up the mess made from the pigeons' poop on the shingles, the outer wall, and on the ground - the work was completed professionally and looked great. I highly recommend Mr Mel! The pigeons have not returned after a month now. I'm very happy and my plants are doing well, too!

Mr Mel is a professional in every way. He removed pigeon nests and debris from my problem areas on the roof and installed SS spikes to deter the pigeons from nesting on my house. He also cleaned the gutters where they were plugged with pigeon poop. I highly recommend his expertise if you have a pigeon problem. Job well done Mr Mel! You truly take pride in your work

Absolutely exceptional service! I had pigeons roosting under the roof overhangs of my house and wanted to pigeon-proof those spots. Mr. Mel graciously came to scope out the problem, took the time to describe what he thought would be the best solution considering the house’s roofline and NW-facing direction, phoned me each time he had to come out to the house to look at the area again/take measurements/etc., and did the work on the day promised. The roof was very well cleaned on both sides, and the netting structure looks super sturdy and blends in nicely with the house. I do not hesitate to recommend Mr. Mel - and please remember how important it is to support great small, local businesses!!!

Highly recommend Mr Mel Specialized Cleaning and Pigeon Control. Great service, very pleasant to deal with, very detailed in their approach when presenting what they can do. The follow through and final results blew me away. I have had pigeon problems for over 5 years and felt helpless. After getting several quotes from various pest control outfits serving Regina I felt very underwhelmed with high prices and approaches that were similar to what we are already trying on the birds. A final result that goes above and beyond competitors at a price nearly half of some competing quotes. I don’t believe you will be disappointed. Mr Mel you and your team are awesome! If you need pigeon control and don’t talk to Mr Mel you may be overspending on subpar work. Final thought; the amount of cleanup they went through before they installed the bird exclusion zone was phenomenal. I would give them 10 stars if Google had more!
