Mr. K’s Carpet Service pre treats the floor using a uniquely formulated Tile & Grout Cleaner in conjunction with a specially designed grout cleaning brush to loosen contaminants from both surfaces. After approximately 5 to 10 minutes of dwell time the floor is fresh water rinsed using a truck mounted steam cleaning machine with spinner attachment. Edges, walls, and counters are rinsed with an edging tool also run off the same truck mount unit.
