Ben was courteous and thorough over the phone and prompt for our appointment (which was made for the next day!). He was also extremely honest about the facts regarding the (lack of) quality of the rug and that I might want to consider a new rug rather than paying for cleaning for close to same price. I appreciate this kind of honestly so much! *I HAVE also used Mr K’s carpet cleaning service in the past with excellent care and results. Highly recommend!!!

Mr K and his son just spent over 4 hours cleaning the 20 year old grout on our floors. Our floors look new, clean and polished. Procedure was painless, no dust to worry about after.
Highly recommend.
