Mr Floor Sanding

We had tried to do the floor ourselves...it was a disaster. We had used a dark oil that looked awful. See the before and after pictures. Mark came and looked at the floor, told us what he could do. He turned up on time and the work was finished in the time he quoted. Our floor looks amazing now, absolutely perfect. He sent us details how to care and clean the floor. Highly recommend! The before and after photos speak for themselves! I was worried about engaging someone to restore my cottage floors without a personal recommendation, but from the minute I met Mark I was reassured. He spent about an hour at my home on his hands and knees inspecting the boards, managing my expectations about the finish we would be likely to achieve on the age and condition of them. Mark sanded all of the engineered Oak ground floor of our home, I can't praise his professionalism, communication and organisation enough. He turned up on time and kept to schedule and did a fantastic job, especially on the excessively worn and stained living room floor which hadn't been done in 20 years ! All with an exacting attention to detail and a great price. Would thoroughly recommend him !

Mark was recommended to me by a family friend, he sanded and stained my oak floor after this was previously painted/stained badly and had lots of scratches still. I cannot speak more highly of Mark and his team. They were professional, polite, friendly and very helpful. Please see pictures attached ,a section before and a few after. They worked quickly and efficiently, leaving the room tidy at the end of each day and the finished job is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use Mark again and recommend to anyone.

Mark did a fantastic job restoring and treating the old pine flooring in our 3 bedrooms. They weren't in the best shape when we moved into the property, but we are so pleased with the end result, as they give the rooms some character. Mark was a pleasure to have around, was punctual every day and is a highly-skilled professional with a real care for his work. We will be asking him to come back and work on our hallway floor.
