The before and after photos speak for themselves! I was worried about engaging someone to restore my cottage floors without a personal recommendation, but from the minute I met Mark I was reassured. I recently had two floors sanded and treated . They are amazing and so pleased with how they look now . Mark is a lovely guy and he works so hard and takes pride in the work he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. To be honest they look so good that you would think they have been newly laid and not 22 years old.

Mark has done an amazing job at clearing up our floor. Good quality work. Minimum dust. Very accommodating with dates when we were away. Would recommend. Our floor looks amazing now and we can see the difference.

Mark was recommended to me by a family friend, he sanded and stained my oak floor after this was previously painted/stained badly and had lots of scratches still. Mark did a fantastic job restoring and treating the old pine flooring in our 3 bedrooms. They weren't in the best shape when we moved into the property, but we are so pleased with the end result, as they give the rooms some character.
