Very satisfied with the job Mr Fix it did to repair our dryer. He worked with me on a time to meet and arrived in a timely manner. He got right to work and identified the problem quickly. Communication was excellent, he was straightforward and transparent about everything. He went the extra mile for us and gave us some suggestions to avoid future problems. He got so much lint out of the dryer hose. He even swept up the mess from behind the dryer when he was done. I will definitely be calling Mr Fix it again with any appliance issues in the future.

I can't recommend Paul enough. When our dishwasher needed a repair last year, he came out and fixed it immediately. After helping us move a massive floral cooler to a new location, he's continued to be a huge help and super knowledgeable about fixing a leak. He cares, and that means a lot.
