We are so happy with Anar's repair of our front door. It would not even latch unless we slammed it. Anar came out the same day we called him. He fixed the latching issue, which was oddly caused by a damaged metal piece at the top of the door. He also improved our deadbolt mechanism for us, and fixed the top of the door so it would not scrape against the frame. It feels so nice now when we open and close the door. Anar is highly skilled, his communication is excellent, he listens and he treated us with respect. His pricing is very fair and competitive. We procrastinated a bit because it seemed overwhelming getting bids, comparing options etc. From initial call to finish, it was super easy with Anar. We recommend him highly and will undoubtedly be calling him again as our home repair needs occur. Happy holidays all.

Great service and very courteous. Hired to replace shower faucet, paint vents on the rooftop, paint a bedroom and power wash the back yard. I was surprised when he said he could take care of all of that in the same day. He also completed lot of other small jobs like changing a screen and changing two door locks without charging me for his labor; just the price of parts he purchased. He's an honest person and his charges are very reasonable. He is courteous, works hard and efficiently, and cleans up after the work is done. He goes above and beyond to help with some minor fixes. One of the best services you can ever get and very responsive as well. I called them to fix my loose gutter, mount a 75 inch TV and attach a chandelier. I got all these three done in a good time and at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them if you need a reliable, reasonable and friendly handyman.

We were preparing a property for sale and needed a bunch of termite damages repaired under time pressure. Anar and Asad answered our call, and together, they got a team of 4 working over 10 straight days without rest to help us get things done. Anar takes pride in his work. He is honest and forthright. Beyond fantastic....when nobody else on a Saturday would come over to fix a pin leak in a copper elbow above the water heater, he came ...and used a crimping tool instead of soldering which was not only faster but neater....yes, I'm impressed and he is local in LG.
