David was fantastic. He was able to answer all my questions and recommend a solution. My stove was diagnosed, replacement part ordered/received and exchanged in 4 days from the time I booked a service online. Incredible considering our current tariffed environment.

Technician was capable and came when we expected him to. But he walked in, took one look at our washing machine and said "you need a new one." Which, fine, but I think there should be a discount when there is essentially zero work done. This visit cost us almost $150 after tax just to confirm we have to buy a new machine.

Very good and professional service. Repair was done in a reasonable timeframe, David our Tech was very knowledgeable and communicated everything very clearly... Will definitely call them for future work.

I had asked a week ago for a morning appointment and was clear I had to leave for work by noon. They said that would be fine. I called the morning of to confirm and was told the appointment was for the afternoon. No apology, just insisted on rescheduling.

Had need of Mr. Appliance's services recently to fix our dryer and assess our washer and I'm pleased with the results. Our service representative Dave actually was able to come earlier than quoted and once here gave me an informed and honest assessment which was appreciated and got to work fixing our problems. In the end I felt it was a fair price for a good job done. I would use them again for sure. Thanks Dave.
