We just had the most responsive and positive service ever! I wrote a testimonial on the Mr. Appliance website, but am not sure if it went to the right place (there was no option to enter a Canadian province, so I figure it was a US site, even though the website ended in “.ca”). In any event, just in case you wish to see what I wrote:
"Our clothes dryer started chirping like an army of crickets yesterday. I called Mr. Appliance in the afternoon. The service team arrived early the next day, and understood the problem instantly. They found the required parts in a colleague's truck and were back within the hour. They fixed the dryer "faster than my wife could poach an egg"! Done perfectly, by really, really professional and pleasant service people. Left us completely satisfied and mightily impressed. Our kudo's to Charlene (who took our details professionally and pleasantly) and to Josh and Riley who did an outstanding job.
I will recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone and everyone.”
