Was part of the Bosch dishwasher recall. Part was ordered and told to wait. No problem. Got a call one day, they received extra parts, could they squeeze me in. Absolutely. Andrew showed up in less than a half hour. Job done a half hour later. Fantastic. Hopefully I won't need their services any time soon, but when I do, I will definitely call Mr. Appliance and you should too.
