Our clothes dryer stopped drying clothes between Christmas and New Year (how convenient - not!). Charlene professionally took our call and had Josh and Riley at our house on the morning after New Year - incredible response! Josh picked up the replacement heater unit and had it installed early the next morning.
This team is awesome (an over-used and mis-used descriptor - but it really fits in this instance). As much as I hope that we do not need to call Mr. Appliance again ('cause who really wants that?), if ever the need arises they are our go-to professional appliance repair team. I recommend Mr. Appliance to any and all.
