David was fantastic. He was able to answer all my questions and recommend a solution. My stove was diagnosed, replacement part ordered/received and exchanged in 4 days from the time I booked a service online. Incredible considering our current tariffed environment.

Technician was capable and came when we expected him to. But he walked in, took one look at our washing machine and said "you need a new one."
Which, fine, but I think there should be a discount when there is essentially zero work done. This visit cost us almost $150 after tax just to confirm we have to buy a new machine.
