Last July 2019 we were looking for an AC supplier that can do a medyo technical job for our condo at the Grove Rockwell. The condo unit only had provision for window types so it took several verifications and submission of plans with engineering for them to approve our 4 Unit Multi split Units from LG, The units were ordered after down payment and they delivered and installed the units without any hassle. Now with 4 units I only pay P1500 on average on Aircons! Thanks to their suggestion im really happy compared to when i was using Carrier or Koppel units! Thank you Mr. Aircon! We've recently purchased 10 x AC units for our new office space with Mr. Aircon Philippines. They are extremely informative and provided options and product comparison for AC models that fit our requirements at very low cost. From customer service to delivery/ installation, they've done an excellent job overall. Very easy to communicate with and also provide after sales services (ie: cleaning, maintenance, etc). Highly recommended !

I called them up on a monday morning to request repair on our hitachi aircon units because they're accredited hitachi centers. The service personnel (Amy) recommended me to look for other centers because theyre currently full on their sked. I asked her up to when theyre full, (to assess if we could wait because the other centers were much farther and always cannot be contacted when called) and she told me she would ask her manager and call me back in the afternoon. She never called back (currently 5 days now). The company's landline also drops the calls now while transferring. This might also be a PLDT concern because the phone lines of the other centers in QC are always unavailable at the moment?

The staff were committed to great service and were very friendly. Staff had such a passion for job that translated to pure excellence in job. Well done Mr. Aircon Phil for producing remarkable members! Highly recommended it!

Scam! They will install your aircon. But when maintaining it, they will deliberately break your unit near the end of the warranty and not honor it. After that, they will charge you! People have filed DTI cases against them.
