We honestly can’t thank Michelle enough. From the very beginning, she was so kind, patient, and reassuring. She was always ready to answer any question, no matter how small. About 4–6 weeks out, she really became our anchor, stepping in to coordinate so much behind the scenes and even volunteering to help with things that weren’t technically part of her role. She was genuinely invested in making sure our day went perfectly.
She took the initiative to organise our site inspection, came prepared with questions for our vendors (some of which we hadn’t even thought of ourselves), and was always just a message away whenever we needed her. Her communication, warmth, and attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day.
On the wedding day itself, she was simply amazing. She made sure everyone was fed, hydrated, and where they needed to be, all while keeping everything on track. When things inevitably went off-plan, she handled them calmly and sorted things out before things escalated. She even stayed back to help with the bump-out and made sure all our stuff were safely packed away.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. Michelle went above and beyond in every possible way. We’re so grateful for her care, dedication, and warmth. If you’re considering a coordinator, you absolutely won’t regret having Michelle by your side.
