Indoor humidity should sit between 30 and 50 percent. Anything above
60 percent is mold weather inside your own house.
Look at your windows and AC vents in the morning. Condensation that
keeps coming back means the air in that room is holding more water
than your system can pull out.
Press on the drywall under every bathroom and kitchen sink. If it
gives, you have been leaking for months.
