First of all, their representative was great to work with. I simply told him the make, model, year, and condition of my car. The quote was fair and competitive, which made me decide to move forward with them. The customer service was excellent. The representative I worked with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. He even helped me get more money for my car than I thought I would get. When it was time to pick up my car, the tow truck driver was on time and courteous. He was respectful of my property and made sure the pick-up went smoothly. Overall, I had a great experience with MP Car Recycling and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their car for cash. They made the process easy and stress-free, and I was happy with the amount of money I received for my car.
