Should be called “NO SHOW SNOW REMOVAL”! Very poor experience with Zain, as a paying customer I could not believe the way he spoke to me. When a concern was raised, he tried to gaslight me in believing I was the problem. No professionalism, no communication and next to impossible to reach. I would not recommend this company!

I had never used a snow removal service before. About a week ago, I noticed Zain clearing my neighbour’s driveway, so I went over to speak with him. After checking with my neighbour, I hired him yesterday for the rest of the season. Zain said he would arrive sometime after 11 p.m. I went to bed around midnight feeling a little worried, but when I woke up at about 2 a.m., everything was already completely cleared—thoroughly and very well done. What impressed me most was how quiet the work was. My kids were awake at the time and their bedrooms face the front of the house, yet they didn’t hear or notice anything at all. I think Zain spent the entire night working. Thank you, Zain, for such a reliable and professional service.

A very honest worker and was a little skeptical at first but puts in a lot of work to make sure everything is perfect and their service is complete. Reasonable pricing and done very quickly and flexible timing as well.
