Karen and her team were just wonderful. Easy to communicate with and prompt in her organisational skills. We felt at ease right from the start. Karen shows kindness and genuine care for our pets like they were her own. George was spoilt with some great farm walks and bunny chase opportunities… which he never wins! George and tiger arrived across the ditch, happy and safe. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to return to New Zealand at short notice. Although this wasn’t Karen’s place to need to organise anything, she went above and beyond to help us out. Without her assistance I don’t believe we would be returning so quickly, so we cannot thank her enough! She is a kind and caring person who provides a top notch service.

Such a great company! My cat flew from Christchurch to Auckland with a cancelled flight making her stay in Auckland longer than expected and a 2nd cattery. Then later that evening got on her flight to Perth. I’m so grateful my beautiful gal is here safe and sound thanks to them. My cat is such an anxious little thing and she got her acting herself as soon as I got her to her new home. So thankful and if I ever decide to move home I’ll be coming straight back to them. Thanks again!

Karen and the team at Move My Pet are fantastic! With a huge and sudden unexpected life change I needed to get my dog Boots from the bottom of NZ to Toronto Ontario (Canada) fast. When I called her up on a Monday, Karen took the challenge on board and Boots was on the big flight across the pond by that Thursday. Aside from being faster than I ever could’ve imagined, I had regular updates and photos from along Boots’ journey, reassurance that she was travelling well and a team of people who genuinely cared about Boots. Boots has arrived from her journey in great order and is settling in to her new life in the snow ⛄️ thanks guys! I’d recommend you to anyone

Not cheap but if you want the best possible care for your furry friend, then this is where you go. My dog, Jess and cat, Rusty, were treated like their own pets. I can't speak highly enough of the care they received, from start to delivery to my new home in Australia. Jess is not an easy girl but the whole team knew how to handle her. What a great team! Thank you to all.

The Team at Move My Pet were amazing, Karen looked after my nerves and worries and my beautiful puppy bounced out of her airline crate on arrival happy as. Highly recommend.

We can’t praise Karen, Sam & Leanne enough! The team at Move My Pet Christchurch helped us to get our precious black labs to Brisbane and they made this process so easy. Communication via email was always outstanding and reassuring. The Vet checks were plain & simple, the team then checked the pups in for us at the Airport, kept them overnight, brought them to the Airport in morning & got them all settled in their crates ready for the big flight. It was also really nice to have updates and pictures via text, it put a lot of our jitters to ease so we could relax. Our puppies were so calm and happy upon arrival in Australia and they are now settled in and enjoying their new lives, minus the heat 🥵 I highly recommend these guys as the best pet exporters in Chch 1000%

We recently used Move My Pet to transport our cat from New Zealand to Perth. The team were professional, compassionate, and kept us updated every step of the way. They explained the process clearly, handled all the paperwork, and made sure our cat was safe and comfortable throughout the journey. We had an issue last minute on our side of things, that resulted in us needing to push the flight back a few weeks. Karen and Leanne were so accomodating with changing the dates and made a stressful time so much easier for us.
