Karen and her team were just wonderful. Easy to communicate with and prompt in her organisational skills. We felt at ease right from the start. Karen shows kindness and genuine care for our pets like they were her own. George was spoilt with some great farm walks and bunny chase opportunities… which he never wins! George and tiger arrived across the ditch, happy and safe. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we had to return to New Zealand at short notice. Although this wasn’t Karen’s place to need to organise anything, she went above and beyond to help us out. Without her assistance I don’t believe we would be returning so quickly, so we cannot thank her enough! She is a kind and caring person who provides a top notch service.

Such a great company! My cat flew from Christchurch to Auckland with a cancelled flight making her stay in Auckland longer than expected and a 2nd cattery. Then later that evening got on her flight to Perth. I’m so grateful my beautiful gal is here safe and sound thanks to them. My cat is such an anxious little thing and she got her acting herself as soon as I got her to her new home. So thankful and if I ever decide to move home I’ll be coming straight back to them. Thanks again!
