Daniel and his team have just completed a full house renovation for me in Blackheath. This included rebuilding front and rear decks and carport, new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, as well as interior and exterior refurbishment including carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting. After moving to the Blue Mountains recently and discovering a plethora of problems with our new house, both cosmetic and structural, we were incredibly lucky to discover Daniel, who listened attentively to all and everything we wanted and worked with us to design a complete and creative package of refurbishments that has transformed a rather ordinary house into one that passers-by stop to admire! Daniel and his team of quality tradies managed every aspect of the work, and Daniel kept us up to date with regular progress videos and phone calls which was great. The work spanned almost all the trades, including removal of asbestos, reconfiguring internal walls and doorways, a complete rebuild of bathrooms and kitchen and painting inside and out. Even the new fence is a thing of beauty, with neighbours wanting to know the name of our builder! I had Daniel and Isaac from Mountains Carpentry source & install of a beautiful picket fence and arbor for me as well as install some window awnings on my house. Although we had some challenges with COVID manufacturing delays and the inclement weather the team kept smiling and persevered through the issues to get the job done, even if this meant long hours and extra days. Daniel kept me well informed and helped sort out any questions / issues that I had. This makes him and his business stand out above other tradesmen I've dealt with as he truly cares that his customer is happy at the end of the day. The people at Mountains Carpentry did a fantastic job of turning our 1 bathroom and laundry into 2 bathrooms and laundry. The staff were kind, friendly and professional. Their craftsmanship and pride in their work was clear. As in most renovations, there were some hiccups along the way, however, these were resolved and the end results were really beautiful.

Daniel and the team replaced over 60m2 of decking, posts and structure. They added gates, replaced stairs, installed a new ceiling, fan and lights, and stained and painted. They also reclad 3 faces of our weatherboard house where the old pine board was failing, including painting. The team ensured attention to detail and frequent communication from Daniel made sure everything was done perfectly and importantly there were no surprises. Very happy with the outcomes and it looks amazing. Highly recommended!
