Mountain Valley Pumping

we discovered at 4 o’clock in the afternoon that our system was overflowing. Jeff was out early the next morning and found the problem quickly. We appreciate his quick response and expertise.

MVP did an inspection report on the home we bought years ago. After uncovering our septic tank to get it pumped years later, we saw that they lied on the report. There is no outlet T installed like it said on their report. Also, our first lid is a makeshift hole in the concrete with a metal disc on top. You could see a bunch of dirt accumulated at the bottom of the tank after pumping it out.

Mountain Valley Pumping did a excellent job, They were referred to me by another agent, and I gotta say they were fast, affordable, and efficient. First, they provided septic inspection reports on two properties one we were buying and other we were selling. One of the property inspection repots had a failure of the leech line on a septic system. We gave them the green light on the Leach line replacement. Every time I was at the job site it was clean and the owner was communicative. The hardest part of the process was waiting for the county to issue the permits. I don't always run into these kind of jobs, but when I do, they will be my first call. Nice job thanks again.

We contacted Mountain Valley Pumping to pump our tank AND to check and clean the filter that protects the septic field. I dug the hole for access to the tank sump but didn't know where the access to the filter was. We agreed to pay Mountain Valley $150.00 to dig access. The last time the filter was checked 2 pumping's before, the guy had a water wand, found and dug access in less than 15 minutes. A young man shows up and can't find access to the filter. So "We" (I'm 73 with a heart condition) both get in the hole and dig. We stop once in a while and he explains why the filter doesn't need checking, and I say will he be here at 3 in the morning when the system backs up? Then he tells me (twice) I need to get an EXCAVTOR (to dig access to a tank), then comes the ultimatum, he had other places to go and he either pumps the one chamber, or he will leave..., and he left. I got Applegate to come out to find the access and he found in in less time it took me to write this sentence, we were about a foot away. Mountain Valley Pumping never contacted me since. Today I had AAA septic come out, and the chamber that Mountain/Valley would have left untouched was by far the one in the worst condition, we had to add water to thin it out so it would pump, and the filter was completely clogged. If I had followed Mountain Valley's advice it would have been a disaster. Don't believe me, call Cameron at AAA, as for me I cannot recommend Mountain Valley Pumping.

TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. ABOVE AND BEYOND...Woke up to a flooded bathroom at 1.30 am. Called M.V.P. when they first opened up. Talked to Mike, told him my situation, he called me back within 30 minutes. Other companies told me they were weeks out before they could help me. Mike told me they were busy but got a guy right out to me to drain my septic tank around 11.00am. The driver that came out ( George ) was extremely nice and very good. Had my 1500 gallon tank drained, answered a bunch of questions for me and was gone within 1 hour. The price Mike quoted me on the phone was spot on. No hidden fees or other B.S. I highly recommend this place. It should be 10 stars. Thank you Mountain Valley Pumping.
