I have to thank Jarrett for doing what he did in the face of disaster. I was in Hendersonville at Sheetz helping out after the hurricane when a trailer can went out. He was the only person who I could get ahold of. He was more than willing to come down and help out. He got the problem fixed, and I was able to keep helping out. Thank you again Jarrett!

Diagnosed my issue and fixed it same day. Price was better than anything in the area.

Where to start, after pretty much being hoodooed by another shop, Austin white and Mac from mountain diesel and heavy equipment repair had my truck in their possession within 30 minutes of me reaching out. I am now expected to be back on the road by the first of the week at literally like a tenth of the price from the other shop as I was trying to be up sold on parts I didn’t need. if you’re looking for good honest mechanics this is the place y’all need to be, they will have all of my business from now on. There's a reason business owners don't have advertising, marketing, and signs. Owner goes above and beyond for customers or anyone needing help. A little too helpful which leads to others taking advantage. Hard to find a mechanic like this who does it all..

Deceived, lied to, and robbed. Failed to rebuild a diesel motor correctly, unable to diagnose engine failure, failed to honor warranty. The owner is not a person of character, nor expertise. Their intention/purpose is to take advantage. Currently, pursuing them legally to recover.
