🚗 Service Adjustments: If roads are closed or school buses are canceled, we’ll keep our employees off the road. Scheduled clean? Don’t worry—we’ll do our best to reschedule.
❄️ Safe Access: Please ensure your sidewalks and driveways are cleared before our arrival. For vacation or weekend homes, coordinate with your property manager to ensure access is ready. For safety, we cannot walk in if driveways are unplowed.
🌡 Comfortable Temperatures: Weekend homes must be kept at a reasonable temperature. If it's too cold, our team may need to leave, and the full service charge will still apply.
🚨 Cancellation Reminder: If conditions are unsafe (like unplowed access), we’ll need to cancel, and the full service charge will apply.
