Micah absolutely knocked it out of the park with being knowledgeable and patient working with my son. His studio is fantastic to learn from and you can tell Micah has a true passion for music and teaching. I enjoyed watching my son progress and enjoying learning the drums. I highly recommend using Micah as an instructor and hope to continue lessons again in the fall.

Micah is the perfect fit for our son (age 11). He customizes each assignment and lesson to our son’s ability. He is patient and friendly and “cool”. I didn’t feel any time or potential was wasted. Our son loves his time at drum lessons and has progressed quickly. He even gets to ask to learn specific songs or beats that he likes. My ear drums may never be the same since now everything in the house is a potential drum, but at least he has fallen in love with it.

The only thing better than having a Drum Coach with an incredible skill set… Is having a Drum Coach that celebrates, encourages, and lifts up his students. My son walks away from each lesson re-energized… excited about drumming ... and eager to learn. This is not because his coach is the best drummer… It’s because his coach is the best teacher who edifies and excites his students!

I got Micah’s number from my daughters piano teacher. My son was interested in learning drums and at age 6, that can be a task. Micah was honest and up front that if he felt like he was too young to start we wouldn’t try. Turns out the little guy can make some noise and this instruction has been awesome. The studio space is cozy and we are looking forward to continuing his learning. Two thumbs up!

Worked with Micah on a song I was wanting some live drums on. Our schedules were quite different, but he made a very strong effort to make time for us to work together which I greatly appreciated. What I loved most about working with Micah besides his friendly and welcoming energy was how he worked on the track as if it was one of his own. He spent much time setting up for and working on the track even without me there. It's nice when you can tell someone really cares about what they're doing.
