I paid him via Zelle to replace my spark plugs and coils. After continuing to experience issues, I took my vehicle to another mechanic who informed me that the coils were not properly replaced and that spark plug components were left lodged inside my engine (and no he did not do this himself as I watched him diagnose and properly show me what was wrong with the vehicle). I now have multiple plug bushings stuck in the engine that require additional repair and replacement of parts. I was forced to purchase all new coils and plugs. When I brought this to his attention, I was told he needed to “run more tests,” despite already being paid to complete the work. Instead of taking responsibility, the situation was dismissed. Because payment was made through Zelle, I am unable to dispute the transaction through a credit card company, leaving me without standard consumer protection remedies. I am formally requesting a full refund for the incomplete and negligent work. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and submitting reports to the appropriate consumer protection authorities. Consumers should proceed with caution and strongly consider obtaining a second opinion before allowing work to be performed.

I have hired Steven many times to repair my Corvettes. Needed spark plugs wires, leaf springs, lowering the car. Just recently I hired him to install new O2 sensors. He is knowledgeable, professional, fast and reasonably priced. I will continue to contact Steven when my cars need repairs.

Came out yesterday to look at car. He swore it needed oil but that wasn’t the issue. He then proceeds to make a call and had someone else diagnose the issue over the phone. & I was changed $85 for something he didn’t fix or diagnose himself. I asked he at the least refund half giving that he didn’t diagnose the issue himself! How geometric over the phone. He was checking everything but what mattered! There was clearly oil in the car but he think said it needed oil to justify him being paid $85 for nothing. Make it make sense. This man doesn’t know what he is doing.

Stephen is very responsive! Texted me back immediately this morning to begin the conversation of what my issue was. By the time Stephen arrived, it was snowing and extremely cold temperatures outside. Stephen insisted that I needed a starter but I kept insisting battery related issues because thats what was told to me from several ppl. I can admit, I was all the way wrong. We went to grab the part and sure enough, Stephen’s recommendation was accurate. He completed the work in less than an hour, I went back outside, cranked up the car and it worked!! Mind you, it’s a snowy day. Thankful for him to have responded, showed up timely (in comparison to most mobile mechanics I know), used his expertise to get the job done, and prices are reasonable. I would recommend to all and look forward to his services again.

He has consistently provided excellent service for both my husband's car and mine. He has also successfully resolved issues that other mechanics were unable to diagnose. He maintains fair pricing and is a highly skilled mechanic who effectively utilizes traditional methods. His expertise in automobiles is truly impressive. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.

I had my driveshaft replaced at my home and the mechanic was professional, patient, and thorough. Steven showed up with the proper tools, explained what he was doing, and made sure everything was secure before finishing. Stephen demonstrated a lack of professionalism and accountability. They will returned your car damaged, and be unresponsive about addressing the issue. The damages remain unresolved.

My Jeep overheated, and he quickly responded, diagnosed the problem, and stayed until the service was completed. He replaced both the thermostat and the temperature sensor to ensure the vehicle no longer overheats. I truly appreciate his prompt response, thorough service, and dedication to getting my vehicle safely back on the road.

He has came and done work for me before and always done a good job. However the last job he did for me was strange. After the service was completed I told him the check engine lights came back on. He ignored me, then requested I leave a review even after ignoring my request. I was so over it I ended up purchasing a new vehicle.
