Amazing service, i can't recommend them enough. My boiler suddenly stopped working, I've contact them by email and got a response an hour later by email and WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time for me. Mustafa came to check what was the problem and in minutes told me what was needed a gave me a quote. Ordered the parts and after 3 days (waiting times for the parts) he was at my house sorting everything out. Good price aswell, high quality material, outstanding professionalism. I definitely will keep his phone number. Mustafa is a really hardworking man and really knowledgeable, he will come to your house at anytime with a smile. Thank you so much Mustafa.

I was very impressed with the service. The plumber was very polite and made sure to be attentive to every detail from the moment he arrived. He quickly identified the problem, explained clearly what needed to be done, and fixed the issue very quickly without any hassle. Made a call at almost midnight, and was answered almost immediately with politeness and friendliness. The gentleman was able to come take a look at the problem within half an hour of me ending the call. I was expecting him to be moody due to being woken up and called out so late, however he was very helpful and friendly. The issue needed new parts and he assured me he’d be back in the morning. I was sent multiple photos of the parts I needed and asked which I preferred to go with the look of my bathroom. He came back in the morning and did the job very quickly. I’m very happy with MOS Plumbing services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing help.

We have used Mos several times for plumbing issues in our home. The first time we had a major leak which was from our upstairs bathroom into our dining room. He confirmed where the leak was and replaced the necessary parts to stop the leak and also ensured it wasn’t leaking anywhere else. This last issue was with two of our toilets one had a slow continuous leak and the other was constantly running. He came out quickly and resolved both issues immediately. He is extremely polite, always cleans up and is very fair and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have referred him to several other friends who have also been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

What can I say… Mustafa came on time at very short notice. He identified the problem immediately and set about fixing it there and then. An extremely professional, likeable and diligent young man who I’d have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. The pricing was extremely fair and the job was perfect.

I had no hot water again considering I got the elements to my boiler changed from a different plumber not too long ago. I found mustafa’s company via google and I’m grateful I did. He came a few hours after I called. The issue was resolved within a hour or so, Not only that, he fixed another minor issue regarding the power shower with no extra cost. Price was very fair! We had a plumbing emergency in the evening, found excellent reviews of MOS on line, called them and Mustafa said he would be with us within 30 minutes. He was. He diagnosed the problem, turned the water off and said he would return in the morning with the part. He arrived as advised having been to 4 plumbing merchants to obtain the part and then fixed the issue all within the hour. He left everything very neat and tidy. Would recommend without hesitation, absolutely 1st class service.
